Sales Representative

The core function of the Sales Representative role is to actively seek out and engage potential customers. You will provide comprehensive solutions tailored to each client in order to increase revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and the profitability of each project.

The principal duties and responsibilities of the Sales Representative include but are not limited to:

  • Target and solicit new audiences
  • Promote products and services
  • Describe the benefits and various uses of goods or services
  • Provide an overview of product and service prices
  • Describe the credit or contract conditions, guarantees, and delivery dates
  • Draft sales contracts
  • Learn about product innovations, competition, and market conditions
  • Manage large volumes of incoming calls
  • Generate leads
  • Identify and evaluate customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Build lasting relationships and trust accounts receivable through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools
  • Meet customer service team sales targets
  • Assist with accounts receivable and invoicing
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and workarounds within prescribed timeframes; track client interaction records
  • Follow communication procedures, directives, and policies
  • Share expertise with colleagues, provide advice, and participate in training and onboarding new staff
  • Ensure excellent customer service
  • Complete any other work tasks as requested by the VP Sales
